I think for a fast food restaurant, they do a pretty decent job. I have never had any issues with my orders. Shredded chicken burrito - check. Crunchy taco - check and a medium ice tea - check. It is pretty hard to get that order wrong. When I dine in, I can get as many hot sauce I desire. I use 4 hot sauce per burrito and 2 per taco. One time I ordered 2 burritos and one taco and asked for 10 hot sauce through drive-thru, they gave me only 3. I was so disappointed when I got home. I am one of those people who only ask for as much as she needs. I don't like to waste anything. Sigh. It's just got sauce, folks. That's not a smart way to keep customers. I know it sounds silly to complain about hot sauce, but to be frank, that's what enhances the flavor of food at Taco Bell. This addictive sauce brings out the deliciousness of the food. Taco Bell, it's something to think about when it comes to upholding A+ customer service: give your loyal, respectful customers their request for sauce.
